some issues
musty room access inconvenience
The room smelled a bit musty. It wasn't great. also, there were workers painting near my room and they needed access to complete their job! i wish i had been informed about this beforehand because it was unsettling. i'm really annoyed that i wasn't notified.

excellent experience at pueblo
friendly staff beautiful town perfect restaurants
staff were super friendly. the room was in the middle of a beautiful town up in the hills. sampling the restaurants and bars was perfect for a couple of days. the tropical butterfly farm was a real surprise.

lovely view friendly staff central location
the room had a balcony. i could see a lovely view from there. the staff were friendly. the location was very central to everything i wanted to see.
the street outside had a bit of traffic noise sometimes.

Charming Stay in a Picturesque Village
warm welcome large windows central location public transport
Mauricio and Bobby provided a warm welcome! The room was bright and spacious with large balcony windows plus ac. The hotel is centrally located in the village close to many amenities. It was also easy to use public transport like bus or taxi.
The room had very slight outside noise from the street below.

There are several local cafes located literally across the street. These cafes seem to be the focal point of the village at all times of the day. They offer a taste of local life.

The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport. This was perfect. There is a public car park nearby that offers free parking. The hotel location makes moving around very convenient.

The room included a lovely balcony and a view of the village. The room was clean, and it had everything i needed. It was also quiet at night, which i value.

friendly staff lovely balcony airport shuttle
i found the staff very friendly. the room had everything i needed including a lovely balcony and a view. the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport and i found this perfect.
The air conditioning and heat unit did not work and there was no hot water..

the hotel has a superb location directly in the village center. it's literally seconds from bars and restaurants. i also noticed it was seconds away from some of the world's best churros.

the staff were always cheery and happy! they offered great suggestions to improve my stay. i especially appreciated the recommendations as they made my travel planning much easier, though the parking was expensive.
